However, the modem is the property of YHTI and if service is discontinued, either by the customer or by YHTI, the modem MUST be returned or the customer will be billed in the amount of $100.00. If the modem is misused or damaged in a members possession a replacement fee of $100 will be charged.

** Accelerated Dial-Up accelerates certain Web page text and graphics when compared to standard dial-up Internet service. Actual results may vary. Accelerated Dial-Up is not a broadband service and actual data transmission rates are not faster than standard dial-up Internet service.
